2. Career and Professional Development

• Diploma in Management/Professional Course: 5 points
• Certificate in Management/Professional Course: 4 points
• Relevant Workshops/Seminars: 3 points
• Proficiency in Technical Aspects

5. TSC’s Structure, Function, and Policies as per the New Constitution: 3 points
6. Knowledge of the Code of Conduct and Ethics and the Code of Regulations for Teachers: 4 points
7. Development, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum (knowledge of the development, implementation, and supervision of curricula KICD, TSC, KLB, KNEC, etc.): 10 points
8. Understanding of educational policies and familiarity with the roles of various stakeholders, such as county governments: 5 points
