Following the death of a form two student at St.Alex Ayucha Secondary School in Kisumu, Police have launched investigations into the matter.
The form two student, Jairus Ochieng is said to have succumbed to injuries inflicted on him by four teachers including the school principal on Wednesday last week while being punished for carrying an expired school gate pass card.
Ochieng’s father and neighbors stormed the school but didn’t access the premise as demanding justice but police were deployed at the school to offer security.
Ochieng succumbed to his death a he was receiving treatment at a local hospital.
Jairas uncle stated that, Jairus opened up to his aunt that the school principal had stepped on his stomach while another male teacher stepped on his chest.
