The school is located In Iboona Sub location, Wekomo location in Emuhaya constituency, Vihiga county. The school’s acreage is 13.5. Neighbouring schools include Kima Primary School, Emmunwa Primary, Hobunaka Secondary, ACK Emutsa Primary school and Hobunaka primary school.
KCSE performance
The school produced the second best overall female student in the country in 2007. It had a mean score of 6.012 in 1989, 7.53 in 1993, 8.176 in 2000, 8.703 in 2004, 9.101 in 2006, 9.6844 in 2014 and 8.01 in 2018. The school produced the only A in the county in 2016.
