A 17 year old student in Murang’a County by the name Kim (not his real name) is soon to become a father. The teenage is said to have impregnated his 40-year old high school Biology teacher.
Stories emerge that the biology teacher is a neighbour to the 17 year old baby daddy at their rural home.
In the wake of COVID 19 pandemic, the teacher offered to support the teenage with reading and learning materials. She also offered home tuition as she tutored him at her home.
Furthermore, the boy’s family is poor so she opened her hands in support of the basic needs. She helped him financially. The biology did this without hustle as the teacher is still receiving her full salaries. Of cause the goodies were good to the teen. He had found his heaven on earth.
During weekends, the neighbour could spot them at her home tree shade with books. The boy seemed hooked to his books seriously studying.
The villagers were shocked after finding out the boy made his biology teacher pregnant.
The biology teacher is single with no child. The teacher is not married. At 40, she was dating one of the Murang’a tycoons however, their relations did not last.
The teen is soon to have a family. He is inexperienced in family matters. The cases of teens to indulge in sex is on the increase. The Society has a bigger role to play .Parents have to bring to an end to over exploitation of our children.
